2lbs Striped Bass Filets
3 Celery Stalks Diced
1 Large Red Pepper Diced
1 Small Red Onion Diced
3/4 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Kens Original Italian Dressing
Hot Sauce (optional)
Use a medium flat pan with cover, add 6 cups
of water, 1tsp. old bay seasoning, 1/2 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. pepper, juice of 1 lemon, 1 lg. bay leaf,
bring to a boil. Add fish, lower heat and simmer
with cover on for 15-20 min., cool in fridge.
Break fish apart, add celery, peppers, onions,
mayo, sour cream & Kens Italian Dressing.
Serve with crackers or hot dog rolls. Serves
4-6 hungry fisherman.

2lbs Striped Bass Filet cubed
2 tbls. Olive Oil
4 Carrots Diced
3 Celery Sticks Diced
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 Lg. Onion Diced
1 tbs. Butter
1 med. Yellow Pepper Diced
1 med. Zucchini Diced
4 med. Idaho Potatoes Diced
2 tbs. Tomato Paste
32 oz. Chicken Broth
4 Cups Water
2 tsp. Powder Chicken Bouillon
2 small Bay Leaves
Salt & Pepper
Put olive oil & butter into soup pot, add onion, garlic and saute' for 5 min., add all veggies except potatoes and zucchini and saute' additional 5 min.
Add chicken broth, water, chicken bouillon & bay leaves. Bring to boil, add potatoes, cook 10 min., add fish cubes & zucchini, cook for 10-12 min.,
add salt & pepper if needed. Serve with garlic bread
to 4-6 hungry fisherman.
